Verify that you have a DVR or HD/DVR receiver and are paying DTV for DVR service. The model number of the receiver should have an “R” in it; for example HR24-700, R22-100. Have you made any changes since the original installation? If so, this could be causing the issue. If not, check all cables to ensure that they are connected tightly. Once that is confirmed, reset the receiver by hitting the red reset button on the receiver or by unplugging the power to the receiver.
